Payment of Participation Fee
| Down Payment ( 50% of Booth Fee) |
After submitting the participation application, the Secretariat will issue an invoice for the down
deposit. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. |

Balance Fee ( 50% of Booth Fee + Utility Fee) |
Between January and February, after submitting the facility application for, the Secretariat will issue an invoice for the balance payment, including facility fees. Payment must be completed by February 27, 2026 (Fri) upon receipt of the invoice. |
Cancellation of Participation & Penalty Fees

| After Jan 1, 2026 | 100% of the participation fee will be charged upon cancellation |
※ The cancellation date of the participation application shall be the date on which the exhibitor submits an
official written document stating the reason for cancellation to the Organizer, and the Organizer confirms receipt
of such document.
※ Reasons such as dissatisfaction with booth location or application to other exhibitions shall not be accepted as valid grounds for cancellation by the Organizer, and the exhibitor must pay the cancellation penalty as stated above.
